Bombas is a fast growing, energetic sock start-up, featuring athletic-leisure socks engineered and designed to look better, feel better and perform better, with a mission to help those in need. Socks are the number one most requested clothing item at homeless shelters, so for every pair we sell, we donate a pair to someone in need.

We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and autonomous self-starter to join our Product Team. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, motivated, and able to wear multiple hats simultaneously and execute a variety of projects successfully. The Product Development Manager will report to the Vice President of Product and will act as the main line of communication in regards to all aspects of the development process.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Act as main line of communication with all factories (email, skype, and travel) regarding development, sampling timing, production timing, quality control and pricing negotiations
  • Submit all purchase orders to factories and monitor progress to point of ex-factory date
  • Assist with sourcing and factory compliance
  • Maintain style list post-sample approval point
  • Manage testing process
  • Ordering samples and distributing to various needs, including PP, TOP, PR, Photoshoot, etc.
  • Packaging requests and approval
  • Work cross functionally with design and merchandising to stay on calendar and execute all delivery goals

  • Excellence in organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • 3-5 years prior experience in product development, product management and/or operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of PLM
  • Must love dogs
