Lost Sock Program Terms

From time to time, Bombas may offer the Lost Sock Program in various forms and under different names; however, any offer which includes the opportunity to receive a replacement set of socks if one or both socks have gone missing will be deemed a “Lost Sock Program Offer” and will be subject to these Lost Sock Program Terms. Only purchases made on are eligible for any Lost Sock Program Offer. Lost Sock Program Offer claims must be made within one (1) year of original sock purchase date. The Lost Sock Program is  only open to individuals who are 18 or older and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia. To submit a claim in connection with a Lost Sock Program Offer, please contact our Happiness Team here to submit your lost sock claim (“Lost Sock Claim”). Limit one (1) Lost Sock Claim per customer per Lost Sock Program Offer. Upon review and validation of Lost Sock Claim, a member of our Happiness Team will send one (1) pair of socks of similar or comparable value to the original sock purchase, in Bombas’s sole discretion, to address associated with your account. Socks will only be mailed within the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Lost Sock Claims generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the claim process are void. Socks provided as part of any Lost Sock Program Offer will not trigger a donation of socks and are not to be offered for resale. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Lost Sock Program, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these terms, as solely determined by Bombas, will be disqualified and all associated claims will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Lost Sock Claims, emails, codes or mail; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with a Lost Sock Program Offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of any Lost Sock Program Offer, the processing of Lost Sock Claims, or in any Lost Sock Program Offer offer-related materials. Bombas reserves the right to cancel the Lost Sock Program and Lost Sock Program Offers at any time. Bombas, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in any Lost Sock Program Offer. Lost Sock Program Offers are void where prohibited. Lost Sock Program Offers are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Personal information you provide in connection with any Lost Sock Program Offer will be used in accordance with Bombas’s Privacy Policy, available at Offered by Bombas.
